      - Smart people - Interesting market: At the intersection between PE and Technology - Good pay - Good pension and holidays

      Cons

      - Business outlook is not great - lots of layoffs recently and little job stability, with a lot of people staying less than 2 years - High pressure environment - Direction of the product is constantly changing - Less resources and reliable processes than in more established companies

      Very long working hours, demanding clients, projects very manual and labour intensive. Lack of growth opportunities. ESG is experiencing challenges, recent layoffs as a result.
