A lot of favouritism and lot of unqualified people with inflated titles. No clear path or direction from leadership. Leadership keeps promoting themselves with big pay rises and keeps letting go the junior level and middle level employees. Never seen such top heavy organization, for its size, it's a joke to have as many Directors and Senior Directors in the organization as they have. Meritocracy has no value, no matter what you deliver, you'll be on the chopping block if you don't have a godfather sitting high up. All that leadership cares is keep flattering them and praising them every now and then, that'll get you raises, promotions.
