- No onboarding processes at all. It will take you a very long time to get productive because when you get in, you have to set up your environment and I stall everything without any guide or documentation. Also there is no documentation about the codebase so the only way you can learn is by asking a lot of questions to a lot of people. - No one seem to care about what we are building. There is no one showing passion or excitement in their job, everyone is just doing things because it's been assigned to them but no one will go the extra mile because they care about the product - Top-down management: the tickets you are working on and whether your code can be merged or not are decision taken by your team lead which creates a bottleneck at that level and you only get the review to your code a month later. As a software developer, you are seen as nothing more than a code monkey and it's really sad because ultimately those are the people that know the most about the product we're building. - A result of the previous point, but the process of shipping a feature is very slow

Very low salaries, uncomptent lead who does not understand the technolgy, old school management with Excel, no DevOps, No CICD, No build automation, no test automation. Review requests with Text files, no task managent, No design reviews. No code modularity, No codings guidelines. No stragic vision. The technology is dying. Overall very amature company who wont go very far if it continues like this
