Regarding the comments about our CEO, we want to be clear: we do not tolerate toxic leadership at Novisto. As the leader of the organization, our CEO has high expectations and challenges the team to do their best work. This drive comes from a place of commitment for the mission, our customers, and our people. He is well-intentioned, kind, and actively committed to growing as a leader while ensuring that employees are supported in their own growth. Our leaders are working closely with our CEO toward shared success, while acknowledging that no organization is perfect and that improvement is always possible.
