      Pros

      Good benefits and work life balance.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay, terrible raises. no accountability from management. Too many projects taken on by the company at once and not nearly enough time to finish any of them. This leads to poor products for customers and no way to fix it. Most concerns raised by employees are brushed off by upper management and they will not work to actually resolve issues. Very cliquey management teams.

      Cons

      fired me while i was sick in the hospital with a severe case of colitis. Not a great experience
