No career progression

Business outlook

Pros

- Good HR and employee engagement

Cons

- very low salary - no career progression (only chance is after all your colleagues resign), whoever stay the longest will have the chance to get promoted - have to handle phone calls daily from customers and distributors including complaints, feedbacks, asking about order and delivery status and all sorts of enquiries. Basically you are a call center agent (there is a daily record on how long you are online, how many phone calls you take etc)

Pros

Little to no politics, great working environment with many small perks and treats. Agree to disagree allows easy collaboration.

Cons

restrictive by US corporate (headquarters). Sometimes disagree with their global policies but have to comply. Affected by their laws as well.
