if you were promised anything other than salary in your offer, none of it is true. the CEO treats ppl as if he owns them. He also promotes a 100% money-driven culture. there's no stability, at any moment you can be let go. all your payments will be late, sometimes up to 2 weeks or so, without warnings, apologies, or justification. Everyone in the company was nice, except for the CEO. unfortunately, the company's biggest downside, in my opinion, is him. there is no structured process or rituals, nothing, so don't expect to have something to follow or to lean onto.
