      Nuix is a top-heavy structure with disproportionate management overhead relative to output; decision-making layers slowed execution and diluted accountability. Salespeople operated with unchecked discretion in deal-making, resulting in inconsistent customer terms and commercial risk exposure for the business.

If you accept a position due to a need for income, don’t stop your job search because tenure at Nuix is short due to constant firings and others who are able to get out ahead of each quarterly wave to drop headcount.
