      None really unless you are a fresh grad and assigned to work with good financial engineers

      Cons

      Nothing to learn. Like Madoff, they value semiliterate people from the streets to serve like loyal dogs. Never pay market price - the recruiters mention 30-50% below the market. And the best of all - they squeeze the knowledge out of you, abuse you and throw you out
