      - Positive and welcoming culture focussed on transparency and growth (both personal and business) - Hybrid working with entire team in office on the same days which promotes communication / in-person meetings - Interview process was in-depth which was useful in understanding the culture/ethos and determining if it fits with your own work style - Team members are supportive
