      Quick pay but lack of support and unstable scheduling

      You get your money deposited to your account as soon as you clock out.

      Cons

      The facility don't give you the allowance to drive, and no training for the software they use. The facility will cancel your schedule two hours or one hour ahead only.

      It’s a good environment if you like solving problems. Not everything is buttoned up, but that creates opportunities to step in and add value instead of just following a playbook.

      Cons

      Priorities can shift quickly, and communication isn’t always perfect across teams. You have to be proactive or things can fall through the cracks.
