      Pros

      Fantastic 401k match Training budget Activity budget Interested in matching employees to contracts that interest them. Holds many great events for employees and their family throughout the year.

      Cons

      Quickly growing company with the difficulties that come with that. On-boarding was not the smoothest, but efforts are making this much smoother. 401k match is excellent, but funds available are higher cost than ideal . This should improve as the company scales.

      Pros

      A small company with some good people. The CEO's friendly and cares about her employees. I always felt welcome with the company. They offer good pay and benefits, in addition to doing fun events to get to meet the other employees and their families. Their referral bonuses are amazing, the best I've ever seen or heard of in this industry.

      Cons

      It's got all the cons a small company has, nothing unique to the company. I've honestly had no complaints about the company.
