Pros

Most employees have been with the company for 10 plus years. Most employees work 9-4 for 8 hours of work.

Cons

The pay is very, very low unless you are in top management. The president & top management do not have a clue on how to run the company and it explains why the employees are forced to work 4 day/32 hour work weeks. Sometime when business is really slow everyone must work 3 day/24 hour work weeks as a way to save jobs. Also, their sales team does not go out and look for new customers, they wait for the phone to ring. Their insurance benefits are the worst I've ever seen!!!!!!
