Pros

It’s not a pro but company like this gives salary on time. You will loose your skill set slowly slowly and your confidence level will be zero. The management will ask to switch the role time to time or you will loose your job. You will handle the unprofessional clients here. It is hell for freshers. No senior resource are there . They will give the project to freshers and put the pressure to deliver it.

Cons

Do not be misled by the five-star ratings, as employees are force by management to provide positive feedback. There are no government holidays and no regular Saturdays off; employees are even called to work on Sundays at times. The company lacks clear and structured policies, and there is no provision for travel allowances. Even when employees take leave, they are still expected to complete their work, often under pressure and humiliation. The organization enforces strict attendance rules, with salary deductions for even minor delays. Policies change frequently based on isolated incidents, creating confusion and instability. The Head of HR is ineffective and lacks basic knowledge of HR practices, appearing to function more as a formality than a true support system. It seems she is a close friend to MD. Every few months, the Managing Director hires new employees to replace existing ones. However, many of these new hires either leave quickly or lack proper knowledge of the required technology and processes. The Managing Director primarily handles sales, while the rest of the staff have minimal authority and function mostly as intermediaries. Many employees have left the company due to internal politics and an unhealthy work environment. The management seems to follow a pattern of replacing employees every two years. Additionally, freshers are often hired under a four-year bond, which appears to be more of a pressure tactic than a genuine opportunity for growth.

Pros

There are no pros in this company.

Cons

My overall experience with this company has been quite negative. The work environment feels toxic, overly restrictive, and demotivating. There is almost no real opportunity for growth. Interactions with other teams are discouraged, which prevents collaboration and learning. Management style is highly controlling. Instead of focusing on leadership or business improvement, a significant amount of attention seems to be on monitoring employees through cameras to see whether they are talking or interacting. This creates a constant sense of surveillance rather than trust. Company rules often feel more like school or hostel regulations than a professional workplace. Non-vegetarian food is not allowed, employees must log every entry and exit, and even senior leadership appears to involve itself in this level of micromanagement. Basic facilities are also poorly managed. There is no separate washroom for employees; instead, a common washroom is used with a simple poster stating it is “only for company staff.” In practice, there is no real restriction or monitoring, so anyone can use it, which makes the rule meaningless and raises hygiene and privacy concerns. Overall, the organization lacks trust, openness, infrastructure readiness, and a healthy culture. It may not be suitable for those looking for professional growth, respect, or a positive work environment.
