      No such advantages in this company.

      Cons

      -Colleagues in Germany (LUX) are totally rubbish that keep changing their mind every time and not professional on products. - Try to do some innovations but always failed as they keep wasting time on considering and waiting the CEO decision. - Working environment is totally unfriendly and high pressure. -Work overtime is always as need to solve the problems caused by LUX.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, great office facility. Not much OT needed, can Work from home few days a week.

      Cons

      Not a good place for career development, they would lay-off easily without much explanation, people have been just disappearing from the company. A lot of internal political management choices, unclear communication.
