Pros
The insurance was okay, but constantly reminded to not use it because it was expensive to the company. Probably not a bad place if you are friends with someone on the core team.
Cons
Paid way below market. Very harsh atmosphere. Not big enough to allow advancement. Employee opinion has little value. Very disorganized management.

Pros
OCCI operates in a very interesting and challenging niche of the structural contracting world. To be successful at this company, you must be extremely hard working, dedicated, and innovative. If you can succeed, there are great opportunities for advancement. Benefits are very comprehensive and the package is geared towards helping employees save for their future. The single best reason for anyone to work here is getting the feeling of accomplishment after finishing a project.
Cons
Very long hours, unforgiving leadership, zero room for mistakes, military-like methods to discipline, extended traveling, and harsh environment/working conditions. Upper management is not always willing to invest in cutting edge technology, which can severely hinder the ability for employees to meet expectations. This is not a workplace for the faint of heart.
