Fairly steady number of jobs and pay

Cons

Photographer rates are way below market. Not sustainable for full time photographers in the long run but was a life saver during covid.

We understand our rates are not comparable to A-to-Z photoshoots. As you mentioned, OCUS assignments are a compensatory activity. We put our efforts into working with clients valuing the quality of professional photography. Pros

If you like to volentiere without getting money for your work. This company is for you.

Cons

I am waiting for my salary already 2 months. Nobody is contacting me or answering emails. Since I am working in this company was paid only once. Run away and never work with this company at least in Poland. Super unprofessional. This is in Poland Europe.

I can't figure out this company.

Pros

Customer service chat is par Improved pay system. And that is it.

Cons

Reduced low pay. No communication on feedback regarding rating from QC No reimbursement of gas or mileage. No information given to vendors about what they signed up for.
