Great support staff, great mentors, beautiful new office.

Cons

Underqualified leadership, gaslighting employees, politics, jealousy, cattiness. Money hungry leadership more concerned about overloading schedules instead of prioritizing patient care and safety. Hypocritical leaders. Severe favoritism.

Brand new facilities to work at, delicious food at meetings, clean, sterile and safe workplace

Cons

Super fast growth of organization and everything constantly changing creating a lot of confusion, low employee morale, lack of experience in Leadership Team, lack of accountability for Directors, cliquey and racially-biased staff, snobby doctors, steady employee turnover, outdated systems of communication/project management/technology usage/team collaboration within the non-medical staff
