      Decent Opportunity for New Engineers

      Pros

      You are given the opportunity to work side by side with some incredibly bright engineers with plenty of experience. Very flexible for students. Excellent learning opportunity.

      Cons

      No PTO. Most of the team is ex-Kodak and has trouble molding to a new environment. Very little new blood.

      - Good higher management vision with key competency - Monopoly in OLED manufacturing - Open door policy with one to one communication with anyone at anytime - Good for career beginner or even for experience person - Transperent salary structure, which I found the best part of working with OLED works.

      - As of now nothing much.

      Small, casual environment that offers a lot of flexibility. Ability to help make big shifts for the company and advance a very cool technology.

      Cons

      Resource constrained. Some lack of structure as well, which is being worked on.
