      Good compensation and work-life balance, but pressure increasing

      Pros

      Good compensation package, work life balance, nice people.

      Cons

      The pressure has been increasing over time. Scope distribution is not well balanced across teams. Some have very niched scopes while others are all over the place and overloaded. Career growth is very slow, not the best place if you want to quickly advance in the career ladder.

      - a good package - some of the teams are nice

      Cons

      - limited benefits, quite poor in comparison to other companies - your happiness is dependent on the team your are in - the company does not know what it's doing. If you're a specialist you will be hit hard with top-down decisions that have nothing to do with the product quality or making it better. Every product team does something to prove how useful they are, but they are producing useless, meaningless things that look only well in bonus review and performance review. The product is a result of random decisions and things that look well in excel sheet.
