OLogic is a great company to work for; the work is interesting and varied and my fellow employees are very kind and helpful. It's a small organization but that allows me the opportunity to grow in my role. The company is also very open to hybrid working, and is flexible and accommodating with my schedule, which allows for a great work life balance. Leadership is responsive and organized and I'm really enjoying my experience here.

Ologic is a great company where you get to collaborate with many different talented and nice people on a variety of projects. Flexible hours and scheduling allow the employee to have control over their work-life balance and choose what kinds of projects to be a part of. Exposure to many different projects makes this a great learning experience for entry-level engineers and more senior engineers alike!
