      Pros

      Onera is a research center where it is possible to work on interesting topics, and where you are encouraged to publish articles and go to conferences. People are very open minded, it is nice not to only talk about engineering.

      Cons

      Onera becomes a simple consulting company. Subcontractor work replaces real research. HR are very criticized and there has been major management problems.
