Pros

Product is not bad but poorly designed

Cons

Dishonest and did not know their plans or goals. Told me i will report regionally and locally ended up reporting to someone who did not truly interviewed me. Headquarter confused about what they are comparing as benchmark.

Pros

Great package Great product Great people

Cons

Does not understand their strengths nor weaknesses Do not understand customers Management with great theories and extremely poor execution Here for a good time, not a long time No improvements since leaving, expecting different results with new people and the same strategies. Most departments allowed to get away with detrimental lack of capabilities.

Pros

Amazing science, large number of extremely bright and entertaining colleagues, lots of good food in the fridge. Some team leads are awesome.

Cons

Playing Russian roulette with your career and your sanity by being part of something akin to a circus, with intentionally destructive "management" behaviours and unsteady direction. As a new starter, your life expectancy in this firing range will be about a year, sometimes much less. Unless you fancy extreme sports with self-destructive overtones, consider chosing another employer or you will find yourself in a cycle of pathological lying targeting employees, customers and possibly investors too. Denial culture is rife. "Company culture" is used as a codename for hunting any signs of non-conformance with radical notions leaning on the far side of the ideological spectrum, in an uncanny reminder of contemporary UK politics. In summary, even in light of the positive aspects (there are many and are not limited to the free food), the risk/benefit ratio is strikingly poor. If you do get lucky, the experience will prove very rewarding, always at a high cost.
