Company owner is a great person who is very down to earth and humble. Working in the live event industry can be exciting and fun- every day brings something new to the job experience.
Cons
Management (VP's) has little to no experience in some aspects of their respective responsibilities, and is unwilling to listen to advice or suggestions that don't align with their personal opinions. Sneaky management practices. Zero transparency between management and employees regarding general business matters that directly impact employees.
