The company has been going downhill slowly but surely in the past few years. The people who know and understand the products as well as those who have been dealing with the customers know what is going on, but management seem to know it all, without any feedback from those people who actually do know.
More and more people are leaving whether through redundancies or to better opportunities, these people are rarely replaced and so it pushes more work onto individuals, and there is no management appreciation, just more negativity because things are falling through the cracks.
The company has been broken apart and has been asked to do the impossible. It's a real shame because with more thought and actual consultation with staff things could be so much better.
