      Great place to work providing entertainment. People are nice and supportive.

      Pros

      Learned a lot dealing with different customers, gained friends, and shared lots of good memories. It's an exciting job where there are no 2 days that are the same, coz every day is a new day working with OSN.

      Cons

      Working long hours without pay and stressful at times. lacks transparency, no career growth, and no acknowledgment for people who are staying for a long time with the company.

      Poor Arab (Palestinian) Management who bullying and threaten staff if they do not comply with there ridiculous and unrealistic DEMANDS Weak Human resources - rubbish with no backbone CEO - who used to be a Cameraman and worked for a Monopoly just has no clue hiring losers in Senior Management

      Cons

      Senior Management is not on the same page - They all have individual goals that dont necessarily align with the organization's goals. Huge salary discrepancies based on ethnicity.
