Pros
Freshers can learn for 6 to 7 months. Besides that this company has no pros. Don't waste your precious time here.
Cons
1) This company has two owners who has two sides of brain. On left side there is nothing left and on right side there is nothing right. I don't why how God has given money in the hand of these duffers, 2) Only 12 leaves annually. For 6 out of them you have to show Medical else salary will be deducted. Rest 6 you can take only 4. Two leaves will remain locked. So technically you can take only 4 leaves annually. 3) Team lead can assign you any project even it is nowhere related to you. Resulting client takes back his/her project from middle and employee feel tired and no learning. 4) No Health insurance. No EPF. You will get only determined salary. 5) You will hardly get your salary on time. All time they transfer between 10 to 15 date of every month that too only half. Rest half will be transferred after one week with no surety. 6) Not every employee gets even half salary on time. I know how employees are crying deep inside here because all the revenue are taken by owners and rest a little money is distributed among employees. 7) For those whose who are coming for interviews here Please don't come and waste you time here. All they need is employee with 10 to 15000 salary with hundreds of years of experience. Even if your interview has went good there are no chances of selection if you have more than 10000 salary. 8) Its upwork base company so they will make your id and keep earning even if you leave the organisation. I think former employees should file a case against them and ask for compensation because they are misusing your identity. 9) You will get nothing in snacks except two times tasteless tea. Believe me will spit daily. 10) Even if they have given you in written form they will not provide you salary increment resulting you have to leave the organisation.
