OTRS was a great place to work until everything went down with the merging with the French company EasyVista in December 2024 and their management took over. This review is about the Management from EasyVista. The open culture changed to strikt top to button management. You only receive orders without the ability to provide your thoughts. Meetings without any agenda. Meeting schedule changed 3 times or get just deleted. Back and forth decisions. Micro management… blaming others for their management mistakes… incompetence, ignorance - the worst of the worst- you name it, they will do it!
