      SUPER manual, India HQ not helpful or flexible when it comes to helping smaller countries propel, staff in the back end are not concerned about anything except making money,

      The benefit is good at first, but I heard it is dropping now (2023)

      - They take so much rates from their patrons, despite the price that is so low - The overbooking system let customers book hotels, while the hotel is already full - Room doesnt match with description, sometimes on online there are plenty rooms, but in reality is just a few
