- Good annual leave policy - OK benefits i.e. health plan, health insurance for senior folk, maternity leave

Cons

- Publicis Pro (Octopus Group) is not an inclusive environment - A lack of salary transparency, with new arrivals sometimes getting paid more than loyal employees - Siloed work - Some middle managers are a bit drunk with power
