Pros

The coworkers and most of the management team are genuinely good people and try their best with what they have. The team environment can be supportive, especially during busy shifts, and some managers are understanding when things get stressful. If you have a good crew, it can make difficult days more manageable.

Cons

Training is almost nonexistent. New employees are often expected to figure things out on their own, especially in departments like print where the systems and equipment are complicated. This leads to a lot of confusion and unnecessary stress. Staffing is also a major issue. Employees are frequently left alone to handle long lines, complex orders, and multiple customers at once. The workload can become overwhelming very quickly, particularly when customers expect instant service. Unfortunately, the customer base can also be very difficult. Employees are often treated disrespectfully or blamed for policies they have no control over, which adds another layer of stress to an already demanding job.
