Pros
Got to learn a lot. Work culture for developers is good. Ps: I am giving good ratings because i was the victim of a lot of things which is going wrong in this organization.
Cons
Behaviour of Founder towards some employee is not good. Especially towards marketing and HR's. Salary may be delayed for some days. Like normally it comes till 7th of the Month but sometimes it may be delayed till 12th of the month. If you take leave on saturdays or mondays 1.5 days will be deducted from leave balance. If you take leave between any two holiday that will be considered as sandwich holiday and 3 days will be deducted from leave balance. Sometimes i feel bad for the marketing and HR people for the work culture.(Their meeting starts at 8AM and they may be asked for updates of work after 7 PM also). No pf benifits, No esi.
