    Pros

    Exciting environment to work in. High class new building and corporate office. Communication level very informative of procedures and processes.

    Cons

    Not your typical 8-5 job. Expect evenings and weekends, but everyone becomes family and you enjoy the time there. Tough work-life balance.

    Stuff was fun to work with and you'll meet a ton of different people there. Fun environment to work at as well.

    hard to get hours but besides that it was good.

    Pros

    Well-known name in sports (so long as prospective employers are big Oilers fans).

    Cons

    They run through all aspects of production jobs, and rehire a fresh crew every season. They hire eager kids out of school to replace the “old-timers” who only have a year or two seniority. Just wait. The exact same jobs get posted ever 3 months or so. Just stay away from thi.

    Exposure to some of the coolest events in Edmonton Modern and fun office space Young, dynamic employee group Strong Mission/Vision statement

    Cons

    No change management whatsoever; not enough time or focus spent on building a strong foundation that supports employees Poor alignment between departments - lots of silos "High School" mentality in some areas - cliques, popularity contests, etc. Pay is below average for entry and mid-level positions
