Friendly people to talk to while on frequent "breaks". CO/XO are friendly too. Fringe Benefits into 401K. Safety Rep is great!

Cons

Onboarding process lacks professionalism. Training program is controlled by Government? I'm confused there! HR lacks the skills and knowledge, have to call the Corporate office to get answers. Management performs their walk around, but why aren't they engaging? Several employees are arriving in late to work and no write-up. Where is the discipline? The same people take 3/4 smoke breaks per hour. Disgusting and then working OT?!
