Worst law firm to work for in the country

If you need a job, and this is your last resort, it's better to be employed than not. So take it in that case.

Cons

The culture here is based on fear. The management is awful. The CEO/founder of the firm is a tyrant. The rules are archaic (when I was there, it was no cell phones, no internet, and this was about a decade ago). Clients, because everyone is so unhappy, it reflects on the work product. The joke is, is that all the attorneys are doing the least amount to not get fired. You are getting the worst patent work possible when engaging this firm.

The busy bee workers - everyone who is not in management are the sweetest and hardest of workers. Their insurance is okay.

Cons

-management, what other reviewers wrote is true. Their upper management is horrible. You meet a new employee almost every month and you say good bye to another... There are MANY reasons why their turnover rate is horrendous. -technology, if you love working with a bunch of papers and files and cannot remote work; this is the place for you.

Exactly what the other person's post said (the one that i "supposedly" wrote about in May 2017). Paycheck and parking garage.

Cons

Yet again, I completely agree with the person who wrote using their tile as New Application Specialist (I think that was the title they used, I briefly viewed that person's review), with the exception of certain people who truly cared for others succeeding in their prospective department. I had the opportunity to work for two departments during my employment here at Oliff Patent.
