The company has a small town feel and a nice pace. - Highly values work life balance. My boss told me many times that my family was more important than they were.
Cons
- pay was well below market rate - benefits aren't fully paid, reducing small paycheck even more - pay was my only gripe and reason for leaving. Besides that, it was awesome!
