      as a startup few cons are there like Management is not that supportive. Work pressure is high according to payscale compared to other companies The work environment is not that good. No Extra benefits like PF, Insurance, Lunch, bonus, work acknowledgement nothing. These all are current scenarios of this company, the future may vary.
