Pros

With the acquisition of Onelogin, it now has the ability to offer a comprehensive platform.

Cons

One Identity has acquired Onelogin and has botched the acquisition severely as it pertains to employee retention. More than 70% of organization has left, and that number is growing daily. All of the leadership has left. Many positions are left unfilled. By mid-year, all One Identity will have is the source code.

Stubborn and arrogant management

Pros

The company is stable, you can plan for long, you can have a stable life with minimal skillset. You will be motivated to maintain a good work-life balance... maybe a bit more life than work.

Cons

0. Priorities: Money, ego of managers, comfort of managers, yearly goals of mangers, reputation of managers .... and somewhere at the very end of the list: company values, professionalism, and you. 1. Professionalism is completely ignored. Management is old, sitting there for 10+ years, but most of them have not actually seen anything else in the industry. Thus they do not realize that their processes and methods are severely outdated, but they feel entitled to force them on you. They are still believing, that their method is The One And Only Good Method. 2. "Numbers don't lie!" /CEO/ - if those numbers are reflecting what management wants. If the numbers prove the opposite, those numbers do not matter. 3. Management is deliberately deceiving. Count on it! When they have what they wanted, you become a disposable unwanted item, and they make sure to deliver the message. Remember: If something is too nice to be true, most possibly it is not! 4. Real company culture significantly differs from the advertised one. 5. They silence you if you are getting too close to prove the main narrative wrong. One of our colleagues got blackmailed twice by a high manager. No comments on that.
