      Pros

      1.The place gives you a good understanding of the creator economy space.

      Cons

      1.Bad work policies and ethics followed. 2.The company asking you to give them full ratings so that the negative feedback can be pushed. 3. Co-Founder's lack of interest in HR operations team, and look towards action. A trend of common feedbacks can be clearly seen from all reviews. 4.Founder is rude and disrespectful. 5.Hire and fire policy.

      The employees are hardworking but the higher managers, CEO & HR ops are toxic.

      Cons

      All the good reviews on Glassdoor is fake for this company or either they are from the HR. All the genuine employees are dying to switch this company and really want to run away from the toxicity what have been created by the Higher Authority. There are tons of fake promises and authority they will provide you when you'll join here but actually YOU'RE JUST A LABOUR to them. You will forget your personal life in this company but still no one will appreciate you, they will abuse you and humiliate you for petty things. If you consider your mental health then please avoid joining One Impression.

      Founder is extremely rude and abusive

      Compensation is at par or better than market.

      Cons

      Founders run this company like a family dhandha. You have the right to scold an employee, but you should not humiliate them. Mentioning employees that they are overpaid, and deserved to be paid way less. You will get your salary on 3rd of every month, but you will not be happy working with them for whole month. If you are reporting to founders then don’t join. If you are not reporting to founders then you can consider joining. A very big no to people joining on senior roles and reporting to founders.
