Pros
Free snacks and drinks in the office.
Cons
The company’s mission is literally a mask. They lure you in with welcome packages, free lunches and “realistic” culture, but these things are not worth what the actual job requires. Be prepared to work many hours outside of your 40hr work week with zero thanks. Be prepared to face the worst upper management and internal organization you’ve ever seen from people make three times your salary. Be prepared for literal grown adult bullies, gossipers, and genuinely mean people. I was literally told to take the word “no” out of my vocabulary by our CEO and COO and that if I ever said no to helping on something outside of my job description, I would never be trusted again and that they would never actually communicate that to me. Just that they would add me to a list of people they won’t give growth opportunities to. You’ll be watched like a hawk, expected to be excellent 24/7, and rarely thanked for your contributions. OneMagnify expects perfection in everything you do and if you don’t dedicate your blood sweat and tears to your work, you aren’t worth it for them. They also laid off dozens of young employees and refused well-deserve raises because “they weren’t in the budget” but then replaced those people with multiple C-Suite Executives, VPs, etc. Just another company who only caters to the already priveledged older people in charge. I promise you, this job isn’t worth your mental health.
