      some nice people in the north America office to share in misery with

      company is terribly mismanaged leading to terrible work life balance. you will work all morning and all night. no resources no support but you will still get yelled at for not achieving an impossible goal. experienced issues of racism and sexism, heard second hand issues of homophobia and harassment issues of ageism, management accidentally admitted in team meeting they are 'only hiring young people' serious issues of nepotism, senior management plays favorites and promotes undeserving people restructure once a month benefits are not good, especially for tech company in new york fire and demote people without reason, even if you are good at your job you are not safe if someone in charge does not like you
