They have teams where backstabbing, biased comments, false statements and lying are part of daily life.
Managers in the Platform team are the worst. If you complain about the team, they don’t give credit to your opinion because they favor the team, and not you. They’ve shown poor judgement, lack of knowledge about technical and non-technical aspects, poor management, micro-management, interfering in the Agile process and so on. The have contributed to low performance, low cadence on deliverables, wrong estimation, low employee retention rate. When they cannot manipulate their staff, they will terminate your contract saying you’re not a Culture fit for the company.
Finally, you have Project Managers. People incapable of plan accordingly deliverables. Define stories correctly. Incapable of writing business documentation or stories meeting the definition of ready. Technical expertise is low or none. They do not understand nor able to manage the Scrum process. Often lead to meaningless and repeated meetings with a direct impact in the deliverables.
