Leadership team can't decide on a plan or the direction to take the business, resulting in constant changes which is very disruptive. Very little (if any) good quality data science which is not surprising given none of the leadership team have a good understanding of this. They have also created quite an oppressive culture where people are not encouraged to share ideas and management to do listen to feedback (and sometimes take it very badly). Not a female friendly place to work. Unnecessarily hierarchical for a business of around 30 people.

During a year and a half from a team of 4 Data Scientists and 8 Engineering (Devs / Devops) 12 people left. CTO is not technical. CEO is only interested in selling the company. Product roadmap is sell it now, build it in a year, promise client 3 months delivery. Then change what was promised to the client a couple of times. Sales wants to have a say technical implementations. Testsing is deamed a waste of time. Loyality is not rewarded. Internal ideas are not listened to because of the perceived need of speedy delivery.
