Pros

Nice work environment and empowerment leadership.

Cons

The company is growing from the outside only, the training and development for employees is very poor; it's like they are not worried about the growth of their team by beign selective in terms of leadership growth.

Pros

Modern office space, work from home option, good benefits (especially health insurance), occasional snacks.

Cons

Upper management is very immature. Made decisions based on how they were feeling. There's no room for advancement, unless you were of their favorites; which meant you had to be the teacher's pet. Hard-work, experience, and knowledge were not considered as key factors to promote. Morale was very low, every year they would pick a scapegoat for their financial failure.
