Expect new employees to be paid at something closer to the market trend, while at the same time they will NOT increase current employees' pay rates to match. So you could be there for years, and someone less qualified will get paid more then you. Especialy if you are friends with upper management.

Very poor communication between facilities. Management is almost nonexistent. Supervisors are not held accountable to health and food safety standards. New project implementation is always way behind schedule. Training on new equipment is almost nonexistent until issues arise. They do not set you up for success
