      + A lot to learn in each field + Payments on time + Clean offices

      Cons

      - Very low wages, almost minimum wage with a constant promise of raising which comes very late and its amount it's a joke - Not a few colleagues are incompetent and get along with it, while others take on most of duties - The location around company's buildings, is a dirty ghetto

      - Friendly work environment where everyone supports each other - Horizontal hierarchy within the teams - Respects the 8hour day - Thorough training/on-boarding experience

      - Terrible salary with no clear raise roadmap - No remote/hybrid - No incentives for employee retention - Subpar benefits - Responsibilities are given to hard workers, but they are not rewarded at all - Lack of clear goals - Lack of transparency - No meaningful performance reviews
