      1) Chilled out crowd 2) Office at downtown

      Cons

      1) Standard consulting /body-shopping firm , still calls startup after 15 years , not sure what they are building or want to build 2) Management thinks reading some article makes them subject matter expert (it takes 10000 hours to make some one expert in something) , please invest time in learning/reading subject !! 3) Want to be called start up but micromanage who comes at what time (seriously WTF)

      Always on the latest technologies and applying them to innovate. Accessible and approchable management. Collaborative team environment where things get done.

      Cons

      Office space could be more organized, but you have the rest of the floors to work from.

      Pros

      Great team culture and worked on some very interesting project during my time there. They were always in the cutting edge of design and technology. Plenty of opportunity for playing multiple hats and roles.

      Cons

      Everything you expect in a startup environment. It can be demanding and it is not for everyone.
