Pros

Reasonable remuneration, tech seems to do the job required by most enterprise having challenges with integration to legacy systems.

Cons

Management esp at GM level behaves like workplace bullies with vulgarities and emotional outburst. Join if you like a crash course into what a toxic work environment feels like.
