      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. Management is smart, experienced, and really cares about the team. There's flexibility around WFH and PTO, and you really feel the sense that "we're all in this together" building something great for the advertising industry.

      Cons

      Sales comp plan is antiquated, mirrors old school publishers instead of startup expectations.

      Dogs come in on Fridays, fridge full of beer

      Cons

      Very polarizing environment, horrible management (some managers watch Fox News all day) completely homogeneous (all White employees in one of the most diverse cities in the works). HR shares with everyone in the office whatever you tell her. COO is a narcissist, all we do in her mandatory meetings is listen about her social life and see pictures of her family

      OpenSlate has grown rapidly and is the leader in brand safety and suitability for social video, This marketplace position, along with excellent, mature, experienced management (CEO, COO, president, CMO are some of the best in the business) make selling our YouTube solutions very straightforward. Office environment, culture, expectations, goals, workload, etc. all contribute to a great place to work.

      Cons

      It's definitely an (exciting and dynamic) startup culture with all hands on deck; not great for folks who want to kick back and have the heavy lift done for them.
