Cons

extra working hours unpaid, Managers do not have the skills to manage people, Uneven split of work if you are new you have a workload, the support positions are awful, the system is poorly design full of bugs and flaws in the implementation in all modules.

A technology company which invest on it's staff and being flexible to the team. Comprises of teams across different countries which are helpful and resourceful.

Cons

Lack in solutioning and vision. Career advancement is limited vertically, however horizontal advancement is good.
